WHOLE COMMUNITY PEX REPIPE

California Renaissance HOA, Aliso Viejo

We have recently completed the repipe of all 203 townhomes, part of California Renaissance HOA. Residents have been experiencing slab leaks for years. Most homes had multiple leaks and repairs during the years. Everybody was excited to have this project started, even though we had to work in their homes during a pandemic.

To make sure each resident and our employees are safe, we implemented all required safety guidelines required by the CDC - daily temperature logs, keeping safe distance and sanitizing all work areas daily.

Scope of Work consisted of complete interior pipe replacement of all copper pipes with Uponor aquaPEX, city permitting and inspections, drywall repair and texturing to match adjacent walls and ceilings.

Project was completed in 10 months from start to finish.
