Replacing the old water pipes throughout the homes in your community is the only real solution. It's more expensive up front, but quickly pays off multiple times in the future. Trying to salvage the old copper pipes is proven to be ineffective. Repiping increases your property’s value, lowers your insurance premiums and ends the constant cycle of leaks and repairs.

Our process takes care of everything- evaluation, estimating and budgeting, repiping, drywall patching and painting. Our project managers, plumbers, drywallers and painters work together to expedite completion of the repipe.

We achieve that by using only the very best materials available, defining the ‘Scope of Work’ early in the process, creating custom communications package and website for each project, investing in the latest dust-mitigation technologies.
We believe that proper training and certification of our repipe technicians is key to delivering the end product our customers expect. That’s why we don’t use subcontractors.
21st century communication.
We create custom communication package for each project, based on the defined ‘Scope of Work’. To keep property and construction managers up to date on daily progress, all paperwork is digital and updated in real time.
Additionally we create a dedicated website for each project, to keep residents aware of everything concerning the repipe project.
Superior materials.
For all PEX and copper repipes we use American-made pipes and fittings, certified to the highest drinking water standards. Using only the best materials available ensures the longevity of the new plumbing system and eliminates callbacks.
For all of our PEX repipes, we use Uponor AquaPEX pipes and ProPEX Engineered Plastic or brass fittings. Uponor is the pioneer of flexible plumbing systems, bringing PEX to the market in 1993.
Dust mitigation.
Repiping a home is no small job. It requires knowledge, special training and excellent coordination between technicians. We make between 20 and 30 openings in the walls and ceiling on average to do a repipe.
That's why we heavily invest in the latest dust-extraction technologies, minimizing our mess, and creating cleaner and safer environment for homeowners and employees. Additionally all floors and personal belongings in the work areas are protected by cloth tarps and plastic barriers. Each home is cleaned daily.
